This is a raw idea with a massive room for improvements.

We’ll improve it together. We’ll definitely figure it out and iron out the obvious kinks together.

This is why I’m on the road, looking for you.

Looking for you so we can iron those kinks out, and  make it undeniably bulletproof.

Looking for you because I know you’re sick and tired of leaky logistics like I am.

On the road not for profits. Not for a payout. But to look for solutions.

To incessantly push for logistics and markets that don’t easily come crashing down.

Bulletproof and yet free. Open-source because you believed.

If we can pull this off and I know we will, if we can  have this arrangement help even 0.00001% of the world’s population, then it’ll be worth every inch of effort.

I can die a happy man after that. 

Let’s look at phones for starters.

Most couriers I’ve seen  won’t touch phones. Too risky. Too easy to steal. They see them, they run. And with a valid reason.

Phones are genuinely  problematic.

In most cases evidently, phones move through informal networks. Fingers crossed.

Most people lie to the couriers by saying it’s something else. 

A book. A charger. Whatever works. Phones can truly be nightmarish. That’s why we’ll test ourselves with them.

Because seriously, if we can fix the phones problem, we can fix anything.

And if we can fix it and sustainably offer that service freely? That’s not passing a test.

That’s a mic drop.

Let’s look at the two real problems that make things happen the way they do:

#1. Let’s simply call it, The Waiting Problem.

Most couriers wait for deliveries to accumulate to make economic sense to dispatch. 

So when you think about it, shipping 25 iPhones for instance, all at once, feels like a risky business. A trap.

A lot of them don’t want that. So the easy solution is to simply avoid them or charge an obnoxious amount on them.

But what if we built a network/system that doesn’t need deliveries to bulk up?

I know we can and I’ll share my raw idea shortly but let’s look at the second problem first.

#2. The cost of returning secure high-quality shipping containers.

High-quality lockable  containers could be used to secure products like smartphones. However, the cost of having such great high-quality lockable shipping containers, makes many logistics companies abandon and pull the plug on such ideas.

For instance, the cost of returning secure-shipping containers, after the shipment, could easily eat away at the profit margins  and so disposable cheap boxes are used. A small carton, etc. 

But again, what if we build a network that helps one not  worry about the cost of retuning their high-quality boxes? (The Scrutiny Cubes) 

A system where dispatch happens almost instantly without waiting on bulk-ups and yet costs nothing. 

Think your car or buses for instance.

Every day, thousands of buses or PSVs do back and forth. To the city, from the city. To the CBD, from the CBD.

Back and forth. Not a single hour passes without a bus or a PSV carrying an empty space.

That empty space is free transport. No one is using it. Or at least not for a selfless mission like GodTCP.

So what if we leveraged that free space?  What economists love to call Idle capacity utilization.

That space could either be used to carry the Scrutiny Cube to the buyer,(forward leg) or help bring it back to the seller (return leg) after shipment, thus cutting the return cost. 

What can you do to help with this?

You might own a car, some buses or know someone who does.

Someone that enjoys being a part something that makes a difference.

We just need to install a small lockable  box to your bus, your minibus, etc.

This box will be used to  carry another box inside it. Locked. 

A Scrutiny Cube.  Either to or from.  It’ll have two password-protected locks. (please read more about The Scrutiny Cubes, and the GodTCP hawks idea.)

Right now, you might have a lot of question. I’m looking forward to the day I’ll try to answer them. 

you might wonder about the security of the shipment as a seller, or as the GodTCP Wheel, but together, we’ll  figure everything out. 

How, because…

We’ve got time.

We’ve got the will.

We’ve got the brains.

We got GOD on our side. 

What else could we ask for? 

As an example. if it’s an iPhone, we don’t have to invest heavily in GPS trackers.

The iPhone ALREADY has a built-in undeniable tracking system.

Why invest in a tracker, to track a tracker?

So it could go into the Scrutiny Cubes with “Find My” feature activated.

The seller can track their own phone. Two locks protect it. Total transparency. Total security. Physics protection. As you can see, we will figure it out. 

In case it’s a bus carrying the Scrutiny Cube, a bus full of  passengers unknowingly offers a layer of security.

That’s idle capacity utilization at its best.

We don’t have to have all the answers right now because, TOGETHER, WE WILL  FIGURE IT OUT. 

Cameras will roll. YouTube live. Your name on the stream.

 No consolidation. No waiting. No bulking. No costs of returning the Scrutiny Cubes. No head- scratching.

You will have effortlessly made instant, easy, transparent deliveries possible. Bulletproof and free. And it doesn’t cost you a thing.

You selflessly offered your wheels. You were going there anyways. That’s GodTCP wheels. (I’ll be illustrating a lot more while on the road)

What you get:

· Your bus/car/ name on  stream. Forever.
· A story your grandchildren will point to.

No rent. No lease. No fee. Just legacy.

I completely believe that together we can do this.

What I give:

A life on the road. Bunch of stuff. Hitchhiking to your terminal. I’m not a company. I’m not a CEO.

I’ve given up comfort to test this. To test it out with you because I know you get it.

I will show up at your garage. Your depot. Your neighborhood. Your parking lot.

I’ll probably look pale and tired from days of hitchhiking.

Overalls and gumboots on.

I’ll probably look dirty and suspicious. Even hungry but stubbornly hopeful.

I will look you in the eye. Shake your hand, then explain all this slowly to you, face to face. No hiding.

If you say yes, you become a patron of open source logistics.

Not because you profited. Because you believed.

This is the test. Phones. (lockable small parcels) Worldwide.

If we can truly nail phone logistics for instance, what most run away from, then we can nail anything.
